MEET OUR Officers!
We are your officers for the 2023-2024 year!
OFFICER ROLES:
President: Responsible for setting and monitoring the goals of the club, running meetings, appointing committee chairs and delegating tasks as necessary as well as recruiting, training and retaining members and maintaining regular communication with the lietenant governor of his or her division. The president is also the face of the club, so it is encouraged that they attend divisional council meetings (DCMs), maintain enthusiasm, and plan service projects.
VP of Public Relations: In charge of external public relations, including, but not limited to publicizing events and representing club with artwork.
VP of Service: Handles division events and serves as the intermediary between club members and our division.
VP of Events: Plans at least one social activity or service project per week to maintain excitement and interest for Key Club. Emails all volunteer coordinators and attends majority of our club events.
Treasurer: Works with money, both its collection and disbursement. They should prepare and monitor the budget and maintain accurate financial records.
Secretary: Accountable for taking volunteer hours/attendance, keeping records and maintaining all important files for the club. Takes care of MRFS, many more sheets of information, and updating hours monthly.
Spirit Coordinator: Teaches cheers for Fall Rally (FRN) and other division events -- should increase club spirit.
Webmaster: Operates Key Club’s website and social media to ensure that the information for service events and projects are up to date.
Bulletin Editor: Advertise either through printed flyers, emails, or social media. They are also encouraged to create newsletters for the club.
