No, paying dues is completely optional! But it is definitely recommended if you would like to attend larger scale events such as FRN and DCON; Dues paid members also receive benefits such as spot priority in popular events such as Santa Fest and CorgiCon :)

Division 34 North! A district is made up of several divisions. There are currently 34 districts within Key Club. Some include only one state (Kansas District), while others are made up of multiple states (Minnesota-Dakotas District). The rest are made up of geographical regions (Pacific Northwest District).
